一般来讲,not more than 接一些数量是译为不多于不超过
如not more than 5 days 意思是不超过5天（内在含义是：可能包括5天）
但是看了有的资料 ,not more than 还译为：不到：那意思就是不到5天（其内在含义 ,是不包括5天啊 ,不到10快钱 ,是不包括 10快钱,10块钱以下）
no more than 同样的用法：一般译为：只有：但是看有的资料译为不到
只有和不到是两个概念啊
如果我说的成立：那不到.怎么翻译了?

不用太纠结,no more than =only(仅仅,只有）要表达的意思就是认为不多或不够,no mre than 后接n 或数
至于你那个十块钱的问题,not more than 10 yuan可译为：不超过十块钱,猜测最多也就十块钱的样子
no mre than 10 yuan 可译为：只有10块钱,这么少啊!
