二罗马一分纸币是由中国人民银行发行的法定货币,采用1953年原版印刷但去掉原来的阿拉伯数字只保留罗马冠号,属第二套人民币系列.
我国发行的二罗马一分纸币在世界纸币发行史上独具特色：第一、世界各国钞票都同时有罗马冠号和阿拉伯数字号码,而且是一票一号不重复.惟独我国的无号纸分币只有罗马冠字,无阿拉伯数字.第二、更为奇特的是一分券既有二罗马冠号又有三罗马冠号,但贰、伍分券只有三罗马冠号而没有二罗马冠号.第三、纸分币曾被广泛使用,消耗量大,存世渐稀少,尤其二罗马纸币一分券的发行量最小.因此一分纸币二罗马冠号成为国内外纸币群落里的奇葩,甚至被誉为纸币中的田黄,极受国内外收藏家的关注.
随着2007年4月1日中国人民银行宣布纸分币这个世界最小面值的钞票退出流通领域后,无号纸分币的投资价值和收藏价值已无法估量.尤其在近年“钱币收藏热”的潮流中,以收藏无阿拉伯数字的二罗马冠号一分纸币为主要内容的“金卡车”收藏热异军突起,并以其独具的投资小升值快,大众化（妇孺皆识、人见人爱）,集全难（冠号种类多,消耗销毁彻底）等优势,已被收藏家和大众广泛接受.
