我国电子商务正以前所未有的速度发展，本文对我国电子商务现状与家电行业电子商务现状进行分析，着重对国美电器的电子商务运营模式与电子商务系统分析。其电子商务运营模式主要分析：购物模式与支付模式，其电子商务系统主要分析：系统、网络平台与在线支付。对于国美电子商务提出建议：采用电话直销等新型销售模式、建立搜索引擎、构建BforC新模式。最后论述关于国美电子商务前景及其未来发展方向。
