The past decade has witnessed the growing popularity of private cars.With the tremendous advancement of modern science and technology changing our world almost overnight,private cars are pouring into our current society,and never fails to fascinate increasing individuals.It is no exaggeration to say that our life are submerged by private cars.Nowadays,whether we should pay the pollution tax for private cars is arousing public concern,especially widespread care among our citizens.
Some of us have formed a positive picture on this issue.First and foremost,from this regulation,our government can control the number of private cars effectively.Our citizens will derive fun,have more fresh air and access more beautiful scenery which will affirmatively helpful to their health.Besides,this regulation will be a new driving force for our car company to inspire more effective &wonderful ideas to produce less pollution cars in our life.The other side of the picture is quite the opposite.Some citizens are immature,naive,innocent,and vulnerable to pay this tax.They are easy to have a mind of tax evasion thus will absolutely be a major problem for our social life.As a consequence,this regulation is too palliative and weak to reduce our private cars.
Perhaps there is an element of truth in both these pictures,but in my opinion,this regulation is of great importance,it do play a positive role in our lives,despite a slice of negative effects.We should,as a result,take advantage of the benefits and avoid the adverse side.
