区分定语从句和同位语从句
I can think many situations -------students know many English words but can`t write a good article.
A,where B,when C ,that D,\
若是A就是定语从句,situations就做先行词,这是对的.但为什么C不可以呢?可不可以把后面的从句作为situations的同位语,用that引导同位语从句呢?(我认为,后面的从句也可以是在阐述situations,表达同位语)

答案是 A / B 或者是 in which.

1 这道题出得不好,因为 situation 根据牛津高级英汉字典(第七版)page 1877 的定义,指地点,也指时间.There is no reason to say that WHERE is right and WHEN is wrong, and vice versa. 最好的办法就是出题人避免同时出现where 和when供学生选择.

2 肯定不能做同位语处理,因为 where / when == in those situations
