摘要：Time management is of the daily work of the Secretary, not only determines the effectiveness of the Secretary's own exercise time, more about the company and the top leadership staff the overall work arrangements. This paper discusses the general time management content, function, summed up the misunderstanding existing in the management of secretary time at that time, puts forward the principle and method of secretary of time management.
