摘 要
自从20世纪70年代布雷顿森林体系解体以来,各国纷纷实行有管理的浮动汇率制度,汇率的波动范围随之扩大,证券市场与汇率的关系已经变得越来越复杂.2005年7月21日.中国人民银行宣布我国开始实行以市场供求为基础、参考一篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度.在过去的三年中,人民币升值对我国经济产生了全面的影响,而变现容易且流动性极高的股票市场,无疑也会受到影响.因此,全面分析人民币汇率波动对我国股票市场的影响,进而提出相应的对策,对我国股票市场的发展具有重要意义.
本文主要在理论和现实数据分析的基础上寻找汇率与股价的关系模型.探寻人民币升值的轨迹和中国股票市场的上涨历程,研究人民币升值对我国股票市场的作用机制.具体分析人民币升值对我国上市公司业绩的影响,从资金的供求角度分析对股票市场的整体影响.借鉴世界其他国家本币升值对这些国家的股票市场影响的经验和教训,对我国股票市场在人民币持续升值的影响下提出政策建议,力求最大限度规避和防范股票市场风险.使中国股票市场能够沿着持续健康的道路向前发展.

Abstract
Since the 1970s since the breakup of the Bretton Woods system,countries are implementing a managed floating exchange rate system,exchange rate fluctuations of the subsequent expansion of the stock market and exchange rate relations have become more complex..July 21,2005.People's Bank of China announced that China began to implement the basis of market supply and demand,with reference to a basket of currencies conditioning,a managed floating exchange rate system.In the past three years,the RMB appreciation on China's economy had a full impact,and the realization of easy and highly mobile in the stock market,no doubt will also be affected.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis of the RMB exchange rate fluctuations on the impact of China's stock market,then the corresponding countermeasures,the development of China's stock market is of great significance.
In this paper,in theory and reality on the basis of data analysis to find the relationship between the exchange rate and stock model.Exploring the appreciation of the renminbi and the track history of the Chinese stock market rose on RMB appreciation on China's stock market mechanism.Specific analysis of the appreciation of the renminbi on China's impact on the performance of listed companies,the supply and demand of funds from the perspective of the overall impact on the stock market.Learn from other countries,the domestic currency appreciation on the stock market impact of these countries the experiences and lessons of China's stock market continued appreciation of the RMB under the influence of policy recommendations,to the maximum to avoid and prevent stock market risks.China's stock market to follow the path of sustained and healthy development.
