Professionalism is not only a set of written rules such as dressing code,but also a way of creative thinking to attain original goals.Majority of people focus more about the bureaucratic rules of professionalism and gradually ignored their original goal.Take public administrators for example,they focus on scientific support,quantitive analysis to analyze problems efficiently,but forget their original goal to serve citizens.Being bureaucrat and technocrat is definitely not a good way to interpret professionalism.Once again,professionalism means the thinking methods to attain original goals of working.For businessman,making profit is the original goal.Professionalism does not mean dressing nicely and talking gently,but the ability to seek business opportunities which are profitable.(You can add the model company paragraph if you want)

Cooperation in the workplace is the process to form perfect group dynamics,which will help the group the most.Some people believe that the more leaders one group had,the more cooperative it would be.This is totally wrong.When everyone is educated to develop leadership and take the lead,conflict s will happen and all the time will be wasted on discussion and decision making process.The opposite will not be good either.If the group is full of followers,no one is taking the lead to delegate,people will be aimless to accomplish.An example of cooperation in the workplace would be recruiting people who can be both leaders and followers and designate roles to everyone.Delegation is the prerequisite of cooperation since it defines each person’s specific role and responsibility.One or two leaders are preferable.Among followers,there could be several different types of small coordinators.Followers should have a specific field of work too.
