就是说that从句中是使用be动词,又是被动的,那么be动词要怎么用?
我想,这个不是省略了should吗?那么它后面应该是用be 原型啊,那为什么答案是 is done
.Even if you have decided that decisions don’t have to be agreed on,it is important that every team member ____(keep) active.is kept

如果真的存在这种句式的话,只能理解成：it's important that sb is done sth=it's important that sth is done by sb.如果是用should就是一种虚拟语气,这要看具体情况来说,单给一个句子讲不清楚.
不过我很怀疑这个句式的正确性,因为我从来没有看过这样的用法.翻译成中文就知道“某人被某事做了,这很重要.”这句话说的通么?建议楼主去问问你们英语老师.
