再答： 就是管理公司成员的道德行为部门。一般公司会要求成员遵从一定的行为准则，例如，不能使用公司的电脑作私人的事情；不能泄漏公司的机密；不能利用手中的权力资源向客户索要/接受贿赂；馈赠礼品及收受礼品的最高金额限度；不能对公司的其他成员有任何不当歧视（种族，性别，年龄等）；不能在办公室有性骚扰；亲友在同一公司上班，不能是直属上下级的关系（或者不能在同一部门）；不能偷走公司的财物等；。。。。 以上都是属于Ethics and Compliance office管理的。我们公司的code of conduct三十多页，犯了哪条就会向Ethics and Compliance office投诉，Ethics and Compliance office上面还有Legal Department，一层一层的往上走。
