2- full set(3/3)clean on board bill of lading issued and endorsed to the order of turkiye halk bankasi a..s.gaziantep commercial branch gazianrep/turkiye marked freight payable at destination and applicants’s name as notify party indicating shipment of the goods from Tianjin xingang-china to Mersin port/turkey until 10/01/2006 and also showing the agent of the shipper in turkiye with its full name,address and phone number.
3- Copy of telex showing answerbank code or copy fax together with its confirmation report,which will be sent to us and to applicant by beneficiary at the shipment date for the purpose of isurance indicating the following value of the goods loaded,date of shipment,vessel name-age of the goods loaded,date of shipment,vessel name-age,date of shipment and our ref.(632ia00053)our fax numer(+90 342 2151861)applicant,s fax numer(+90 342 3379759)
4- packing list in 1 original and 1 copy.
5- Certificate of origin in 3 originals and 2 copies legalized by the chamber of commerce attesting that the goods are china origin.

2- all documents must be sent to our b/m address by special courier directly in one lot.
