PAYMENT:The buyers shall open through a first-class bank acceptable to the seller an
irrevocable L/C at 30 days after B/L date to reach the seller November 25,
1998 and valid for negotiation in china until the 15th day after the date
of shipment.

备注：可由买方决定在货物数量上增减5%,相应的货款也增减5%.
包装：每麻袋50kg,共40000袋.
运输：要求在1998年12月内在自中国上海运至科隆,允许分批、转运.
保险：按发票总值的110%投保一切险,并参照1981年1月1日起实行的中国人民保险集团公司海洋货物条款进行参保.
付款：买方将于1998/11/25向卖方开出经由一流银行承兑的提单日后30天付款的不可撤销信用证,该证可在装船15日后在中国议付.
