随着2004年12月11日和2006年12月11日,我国分别开放成品油零售市场和成品油批发市场,国内石油公司面临着国际石油公司在该领域的严峻挑战,迫切的需要建立起信息化的成品油管理系统,来提升竞争力.

文章在系统设计中针对国内加油站现状进行详细分析,提出多个RTU设计方案.最终选择了数据采集、数据处理和数据传输分不同电路板的设计,根据需要进行搭配的方案.极大的提高了RTU的灵活性.本系统硬件结构以ARM架构的LPC2214处理器为核心,设计中引入了大量的外围电路,完成了各个模块的管理.文中对三个模块的主要功能和模块之间的接口设计做出了说明.
在数据采集模块中,针对了加油机和油罐的接口现状,提出了RS-232转RS-485以及多路集线器的设计方案,并对其中的工作原理作了详细的介绍.
在数据处理模块中,根据设计目标,提出了基于ARM处理器的设计方案,对方案中的硬件做了详细的介绍,在设计中留有冗余的接口,提高了系统的可扩展性.针对加油站数据的规约化处理,提出了合理的协议设计.最后从稳定性和可靠性考虑,设计了基于µC/OS-II实时操作系统的软件流程.
