Cr(VI)是一种有毒的重金属,造成环境污染,利用生物法将Cr(VI)还原为低毒的Cr(III)已受到人们的广泛认可.但是生物法存在反应速率慢的问题,针对此问题,开展了氧化还原介体加速Cr(VI)生物还原的研究.具体情况如下:(1)筛选最优介体并优化其投加浓度;(2)六种影响因素(温度、pH、葡萄糖浓度、Cr(VI)浓度,溶解氧,共存离子)对还原体系的影响;(3)Cr(VI)生物还原过程中,pH,OD及氧化还原电位的测定.实验结果表明,五种介体中AQS加速效果最为明显,随介体浓度的增加,Cr(VI)去除率越大;在六种影响因素中,Cr(VI)还原随温度升高而增大,随葡萄糖、Cr(VI)浓度、溶解氧的增大而降低,共存离子中Ca2+、Mg2+、SO32-加速了Cr(VI)的还原;在Cr(VI)的还原过程中,体系的pH与浊度均逐渐增大.
