In recently years, university post graduates find it difficult in looking for jobs. The problems are many folds. Most notable would the global economical crsis of late. Many industries were hard hit, causing the slow down, thus number of jobs availiable were very few and far in between. And other factor is of course there are more and more people with high qualifications, since more and more people are going for higher educations nowadays, making the contention for jobs harder and harder.

For tackling this kind of problems, all newly graduated students should think of diversifying, which is going for more other skill trainings or go back to the universities for further studies to make yourself more equipped, in order to come out on top of all other challengers.

【2.On a Harmonious Dormitory Life】

University students living inside of the campus, where sharing everything with the other fellows students should pay more attention to their own conducts. Since your life in the university will be at least three years, it would be most important that you are living with all your dormitory mate in harmony.

When you have a normal relationship with all your fellow student mates, it would not just give a peaceful university life but also a better learning environment for your learnings. You will live more happily and may be easier to seek help whenever you are encountering with difficulties. At least there will be someone you could talk to when you are feelinfg low and you won't be feeling alone, and being able to get on well with others also is an important element for your later career skill, life and more likely to succeed better.

Recently, many students seem have neglected their learning duties and discipline. Late arrival for classes, leaving early or absence are now a norm. To ensure students' attending rate is now an urgent matter, which has to be done without delay. For this, I think Universities should put forward a workable solution to tackle such problems.

To the students of these kinds should ask themselves that why are they doing it? They must realised that to be a good student and be able to learn properly, they first have to take learning seriously. Going to classes should be on time and never miss a lesson. Otherwise they are wasting their parents' money and their tutors' precious time!

【4.Living alone or Living with Roommates】

The question about whether university students should be living alone or living with roommates has been raised recently. As we all know that due to different circumstances, many university students many have to live in the campus sharing with many other students. But some may living alone in a rented room away from the university ground.

The thing is not all students come from well off families, and not all can afford to live on their own. So there cheapest way is to live with other fellow students in the university dormitory. There is nothing to do with independent or not but has more to do with financial reasons. And it won't have any effects on university students' independcy life later at all. On the contrary, students living with roommates may have a better chance in learning to get on with other people better and thus may aid their later working life and would do even better!
