3.A ,a customer,is complaining to B,the salesman,about the quality of her newly-bought air-conditioner.

1.A and B are friends. A is about to go shopping’s talking with A and reminding him/her of the things A should buy.
A: Lisa, what time is it now?
B: It’s almost 10:30. Are you ready now?
A: Give me one second. I am looking for my purse.
Bit’s right on the sofa.
A: oh, thanks. What else do I have to bring?
B: Do you have your credit card with you? We need to buy some winter clothes.
A: Let me check.(looking at her purse) yes. I have it with me. What else?
B: We need a blanket and two pillow cases and some bath towels.
A: Are you sure we can carry all those things home?
B: well, we can call a taxi.
A: right. Ok. Let’s go.

B: all right. I am taking my paper work home. I will be home in 15 minutes. See you, sweetheart.

15 minutes later.
B:(walks into the house)
A: surprise! Happy Birthday!(show the food she has prepared and a cake on the table)
B: Oh my god, I totally forgot it is my birthday. You are so sweet. Thank you so much.
A: I love you, mom. Time to eat now!
3.A, a customer, is complaining to Bathe salesman, about the quality of her newly-bought air-conditioner.

B: He is not here at the moment. See if I can help you?
A: I bought this air condtitioner two weeks ago. It worked pretty good for a week. Then I started to hear this big noise which drives me nuts.
B: Let me take a look. Ok?
A: Thank you.
B: You are welcome. I am sorry about what you went through. Do you still have the receipt?
A: Yes, it is right here.
B: According to the store policy, you may return it and have your refund within 15 days. You want to return it and have a different one?
A: No. I want to look around and make sure I pick a good one.
B: ok. Whenever you are ready, you are welcome to pick a different brand. I think Haier is the best. Trust me.
