作为银行的三大支柱业务之一,中间业务和资产业务、负债业务一样,正在起着日趋重要的作用,中间业务已经日益成为现代商业银行显示服务功和实现竞争能力的关键.中间业务的研究对于我国商业银行的生存与发展也具有现实意义.
本文通过文献研究法、调查研究法、比较研究法对我国商业银行中间业务的发展做了详细的研究,阐述了我国商业银行开展中间业务的现实意义及发展历程；分析了目前存在的问题,如技术落后、人才缺乏、管理失衡、监管缺失等.并以无锡农行为例,分析农行的中间业务发展情况,竞争态势,并提出了无锡农行中间业务发展的策略,以分类推进、结构优化、有效发展、全面管理为指导思想原则,发展客户战略、产品战略、定价战略、营销战略、品牌战略.目前我国存在许多不规范的市场行为,缺乏对中间业务风险和防范的认识.本文从中间业务的特殊性出发分析了中间业务的风险,以及银行如何加强风险防范.
