Ways to improve English
Living in a global society ,it is really important to communicate in a certain language with people all over the world . And spoken English has become one of the most important part of learning English.
Simply , the most important is : Read .It can be devided into 2 parts :
-- Imitate. Imitate the pronunciation and tune following the tape , radio , CD or some other medias . Someone said, imitating is the first step of learning a language . We imtate the ways of speaking by Natives, and we may become more and more interested in the language . If you really don't like to do that designedly because it is bored. We can imitate while we watch English movies in textual language , while enjoy the fun of the movie, we can also imitate to speak some kinds of text we like .
-- Read as much as we can . After imitation, our pronunciation and tune are well learned , and at this time, the only thing we need to do is , practice . That is mean , read as much as we can . With extended read, we will get a feel of a English, that will help us speaking English without thinking much , but a kind of "bolting out".
The 2008 Olympic Games will be held soon . Let's try our best to practise more and more to make our spoken English better and better.
