1．本存折用于个人储蓄业务,须由建设银行营业柜台加盖储蓄所（柜）业务用公章,且存折不得涂改,否则本存折无效.
2．认真核对本存折所载内容是否完整、无误.由于本存折未补登而造成存款实际余额与本存折记载不一致的,以银行记录的存款实际余额为准.

4．如本存折发生遗失、损毁、被窃,请按照中国人民银行储蓄管理规定,立即向原开户银行申请办理挂失手续.存折挂失前被他人冒领的,由储户自行承担损失.预留印鉴遗失、密码泄露或遗忘的,比照前述规定申请办理挂失手续.
5．提前支取存款的,须提供存款人有效的法定身份证件； 他人代为提前支取存款的,还应提供代取款人有效的法定身份证件.
6．大额现金的存取或存款的通存通兑业务,按中国人民银行和我行有关规定办理.
7．未尽事宜按照国家有关储蓄管理规定办理.
