First of all, exams give us a chance to review what we have learned; as a result, both teachers and students are able to check whether the important knowledge and skills have been understood completely by learners or not. Without exams, there are no better methods for teachers and students to know exactly the result of their hard work. Additionally, in china, there are millions of students in public and private schools as well as colleges and universities. With such a large number of students, how is it possible for us to select the top ones who deserve to get a better education and better jobs? Should the hardworking students get the same score as lazybones? I don’t think so because it is so unfair for those who work so hard for years to change their fates. However, with the help of exams, we can give these students more and better opportunities to develop themselves and contribute to our nation and people.
