Please see the attached inspection report and shipmark as sent by merchandiser.I am surprised to know that QC does not follow the information as stated in the shipping mark and “ACCEP” the shipment although the shipmark is wrong.
Please make sure you follow the procedure for inspection as below,
1.If the information of item no,UPC,case pack,shipping mark..etc are different from the merchandiser,you must check with merchandiser first.If the factory makes the wrong item no,UPC,case pack,shipping mark..etc,YOU MUST REJECT IT.
2.If any Engineer or Project Manager from HK instructs you to accept the product even the shipping marks,case pack..etc are different from merchandiser,YOU MUST REMARK THE ENGINEER or PROJECT MANAGER NAME on the inspection reports.
In any case ,you should call the Vinca or the merchandiser or me first at the factory.
In this inspection,QC had done it wrong.I DO NOT WANT IT HAPPEN NEXT TIME.If it happens again in future,the QC will bear the whole responsibility.
