Government securities 是政府发行的有价证券,Government bond 是政府公债 比如说 Treasury Bonds,Treasury Bills,简单说都是政府borrow moeny or control money supply.
purchase government securities,increase government expenditure,expand GDP,increase inflation rate,结果就是美元变得更加stronger,美元更加有竞争力,这会导致 reduce export and increase import,而这会worsen trade dificit (Import > Export).选C
在recession的时候,政府会用exoansionary policies 比如increase spending,cut taxes,使得Real GDP and the price level rise ,同上选
