4.8 Suppliers shall notify,at minimum,all supervisors,managers,and female workers of all Hazardous positions from which pregnant women are restricted.Specifically,Suppliers shall advise,at minimum,all supervisors,managers,and female workers of the following:

5.0 DEFINITIONS
Apple Supplier:Any person or entity that provides goods and services Apple or to another person or entity for use in Apple products.
Auditable Standards:The requirements set forth in this Standard and in other standards made available to Supplier in connection with the Apple Supplier Code of Conduct.
Worker:Any person,regardless of nationality or country of origin,who is employed directly or via a third party,to work at a Supplier’s facility.
Qualified Health Professional:Licensed or certified individual(either on or off –site of the factory)with the knowledge,training and experience necessary to review and assess a factory’s production environment and any risks to the Worker associated with the environment.
Hazardous:A situation or condition having the potential to cause injury or death.
