This morning I happen to meet a foreigner when I was taking walk in the park.It was a good chance to me to practise my spoken English,so I went up to him,introduced me in English and expressed my wish to have a talk with him.To my surprised,he justly stared at me,looking puzzled.I thought I had not made myself understand,so I repeated that I had said.But he just said something that I didn't understand it.I suddenly realized he was not an English speaker!No all foreigners speak English.
