女性就业率低于男性12%
2010年,九三学社陕西省委员会承担了省妇联性别平等重点项目,就女大学生就业招聘中的性别歧视进行调查.调查选择北京、上海、沈阳、西安、深圳和昆明六个抽样城市,每个城市发放问卷300份,共计1800份,并收回有效问卷1333份.其中,女性受访者占到59.56%,男性受访者占到40.44%.据了解,问卷发放主要集中在各城市劳动力市场及高校,受访者年龄主要集中在20~39岁这一求职主年龄段.
