I usually do exercise in the morning with my friends.my favorite sport is playing basketball,because i think the core of basketball is team spirit,by playing basketball i can learn a lot outside the book such as how to cooperate with my partner and being modest.I often play basketball three times a week and i find it does work out for my health.
