(1)Mr and Mrs Brown lived in a small house near London with their child.Sometimes Mr Brown came Back from work very late .When his wife and his son were asleep ,he opened the front door of his key and came in very quietly.But one night when he was coming hone ,he found he had lost his key .So he had to ring the bell when he got to his house,but nothing happened .He rang it again .Again nothing happened — nobody moved inside.Mr Brown knocked at the bedroom window .He spoke to his wife and then be began to shout ,but she didn't wake up .At last he thought for a minute .Then he began to speak like a small child ."Mother!" he said,"I want to go to the toilet "His wife woke up and opened the door for him.
(2)It can be hard to talk about bad feelings with others.Sometimes,however,talking about them can help you when you don't feel so good.It can also help you get closer to people you care about and people who care about you.If you want to talk about your feelings with others,you should find out what feelings you have.You can make a list of your feelings.You can do this in you head or by writing it down on a piece of paper even by drawing pictures.When you're trying about how it made you feel,Then you can say,"I feel sad when my friend doesn't play with me."or"I feel angry when my brother always wins at chess against me."It will help you later to give the person an idea of what you are talking about.
Once you know whom you can talk with,you'll want to find a time and place to talk.Of course you don't have to talk about every feeling with others.It is ,though,important to talk about feelings when you need help.Talking about your feelings can be the first step toward getting help.If you keep bad feeling inside,they may make you feel sick.When you have bad feelings,talk about them with others.
