再次找到：Integrated Peripherals（集成外设选项）回车
最后找到：Onboard LAN BootROM（集成网卡启动功能选项）,把后面的参数改为[Disable]
（不同型号主板会有所不同,有的主板是Boot From LAN 或 PXE等）
按F10保存后退出
