Clickon 1st icon of 3rd row of menus (minus gray lamp):“Subtract dark spectrum”
Check “strobe/light enable” (light should come out of probe)
Place probe on white disk
Click on 8th icon of 2nd row of menus (bright lamp):“Global reference”
Change from scope mode to absorbance mode by clicking on “A”
Optional:change axis limits (8th icon of 3rd row:red cross with arrowheads)
use Xmin=400,Xmax=800,Ymin=0,Ymax=2
Measurement:
Place probe on skin site of interest
Freeze spectrum (9th icon of 2nd row,photo-camera):“Global snapshot”
Save spectrum in specified folder (3rd icon of 2nd row,diskette):“Save”
Unfreeze spectrum (9th icon of 2nd row)
Repeat as needed
