it's always controversial whether one should expect a reward when doing a good deed as people's view devides into two sides.
people who argue that a proper reward is an essential prize for those who have done a good deed may not mind whether the reward is for substance or mental things.they would feel satisfied if only they had received a reward they deserved.
nevertheless,there are some other people who prefer to do a good deed with no expect for any extra reward like Lei Feng,who had done numerous good deeds but never expect a reward.
in my eyes,it's necessary for someone who has received help to give a reward to the kind-hearts.yet,one should not do a good deed with the expect for a reward as helping others itself is a good reward as a satisfaction for ourselves
