I think I'm healthy.I like vegetables very much.So,I eat vegetables every day.I exercise every weekend.Oh,I like fruit very much,and I eat fruit twice a day.I drink milk five times a week.My mother says it's good for my heath.I never drink coffee,of course,I like junk food.And my mother doesn't like me to eat it,but l can eat it once a month.At night,lusually go to bed at nine o'clock.l sleep for nine hours every night.You can see.l'm very healthy.My healthy lifestyle helps me to get good grades.Good food and exercise help me to study better.
