I've read the book twice since I bought it
见到了这个句子觉得是对的~
但是书上说短暂动词的现在完成时不能跟for, (ever) since从句额~
既然加了twice~ read应该就是短暂动词了~ 为什么还可以加since从句呢~
矛盾了…… 请达人么赐教~

ead是延续性动词,不是短暂动词/瞬间动词.所以可以用完成时.
阅读这个动作是延续性的,不是短时间完成的.
marry ,die 这些词就属于短暂性动词,不能直接用他们来表达完成时：
Peter married her 5 years ago.
Peter has been married for 5 years.
The old man died 10 years ago.
The old man has been dead 10 years ago.
