Dear Mr.Wang,
My name is Wang Fang.Sorry to bother you,but we have several problems here with our dormitory.
1.One of the window in the room has the problem with locker,we can't lock it after open it.It may not safe for us during night time.
2.The equipment is OK for us,but there's a big problem of lighting.It's very dark even if it's day time with good sunshine.We know it's not easy to solve but we hope there are some other ways to make it little better.
3.The water supply is really poor if comes to the 4th floor,let alone about the higher floor.It's not that convinent for daily life.
Hope you can come here to check and give us the ways to handle these problems.
