我国区域经济协调发展问题及对策
改革开放以来,中国经济快速增长,其他各项事业也都有了长足发展,但受多种因素影响,区域发展呈现不协调态势.而促进区域协调发展,是我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的战略任务,也是全面建设小康社会,构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求.区域协调发展是现阶段我国经济社会发展的艰巨任务.本文从平衡发展理论入手对我国区域协调发展的基本内涵及重大意义,针对我国区域不协调的现状及其特殊性,提出构建实现区域协调发展的三大机制：经济协调机制、行政协调机制和制度政策协调机制.并就三大机制中的具体问题如：区域人口流动,劳动就业工资待遇平等,产业优势互补升级一体化,以市场为纽带的融合和互惠,基本公共服务公平供给,互助合作,扶持机制,推进主体功能区建设,法律法规制度,完善财政调解制度,生态环境补偿,健全社会保障等做出了浅析,针对目前我国区域协调发展的障碍分析,提出思考及对策.

In the region economy coordinated development problems and countermeasures
Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic growth,and other undertakings have also made great progress,but by many factors,the present situation of regional development uncoordinated.While promoting regional harmonious development,is China's reform,opening up and socialist modernization,is the comprehensive construction well-off society,constructing the socialist harmonious society.Regional harmonious development in China's economic and social development is an arduous task.Based on the theory of balanced development of regional development of China's basic connotation and significance,aiming at the regional present situation and particularity,the author put forward the coordinated development of regional economy in three mechanisms:coordination mechanism,administrative coordination mechanism and institutional policy coordination mechanism.And the specific issues such as three mechanisms:regional population flow,employment wage equality of treatment,industrial upgrading and complementary advantages in the market for the integration of the fusion and reciprocal link,the basic public services,mutual cooperation,supply fair mechanism,promoting support development priority zones,laws and regulations,improve the financial system of mediation,ecological compensation,improving the social security on the shallow,based on the current situation of the regional harmonious development,puts forward the thinking and analysis of the obstacles.
