本文以茂名市茂南区山阁镇的一个规模化养猪场为对象,进行猪粪中重金属含量测定及其来源研究.取回的样品采用火焰原子分光光度法进行Cu、Zn、Cr、Cd、Pb 5种重金属含量的测定.在三个饲料样品中,Cu、Zn的含量最高,Cr、Cd、Pb的含量均很少；小猪饲料、中猪饲料的Cu含量符合标准含量,在大猪饲料中约超标2.5倍；Zn在小猪和中猪饲料中符合标准含量,在大猪饲料中超标约30%.在五个猪粪样品中,Cu和Zn含量最高,这与饲料相对应；Zn、Cu在小猪粪便和母猪粪便中的含量最高；Cr在母猪粪和公猪粪中含量最高；Cd在母猪粪中含量最高；Pb在肉猪和母猪粪中含量最高,可见大猪粪便中的重金属含量相对较高.猪粪中的重金属主要来源猪饲料及其自身对重金属的富集作用.
