= =.没题目啊.. 我猜 是不是“sb is to blame”的用法?这是固定搭配.不用被动的.
再问： 你上网查查二模试卷，由于是扫描版，所以弄不下来。但blame有两个用法 1、be to blame for 2、be blamed for 两者有什么区别呢
再答： 1,be to blame for 意思是“应为……承担责任：应为……受责备”这里绝对不能用被动。 eg:The children were not to blame for the accident. Who is to blame for the fire? 2.这个用法是没有的。。 （PS.你们卷子我看了。。真变态。连单选都没有。。）
