When we have meals together, we are supposed to wait until everyone takes his/her seat before we start to eat. We are not supposed to pick dishes from the other side of the plate. Everyone should pick from the side of the plate right in front of him/her. It's polite to ask for permission when you want something from the house. It's rude to take away or use anything from the house without asking.

We should always take care the elderly. Help them up and down the stairs, in and out the car or the bus and while walking. When at home, we should keep our noise down especially bed time. We are not allowed to move the furniture or change the set up or arrangemt of the house without an agreement with the host or hostess. We are allowed to do things inaide our room so long as the activity is safe and not bothering others living in the house.
