Stress is a state of being upset that happens when we are under pressure.Both our feelings and our bodies get upset.We can even get emotionally and physically sick if we have excessive stress for too long.
Stress can come at us from every direction.As a student,my pressure comes mainly from daily life and study.In fact,everyone,in a period of time,will confront some kind of pressure,feel puzzled,and not sure about their future and even wanna escape from the pressure and responsibility.Needless to say,I find it is not a very smart approach.
In reality,however,stress is not the bad thing that is frequently supposed to be.Unless it gets out of control,a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and challenge,and to give purpose and significance,boring life.People under stress tend to express a of their potential and to achieve their own personal worth,which is the aim of human life.
As far as I am concerned,there are several ways to alleviate the pressure.First of all,listen to some light music,after doing lots of homework.Secondly,make a time schedule for your study also helps a lot,by this I mean,you can arrange your time in a better way.And this helps to reduce your stresses.Finally,go and get a date,once you are in love with something,you will find that you are in a good mood every day.
As we all know,it is always full of stress,however,which makes a splendid life.We should use the positive manner,facing the pressure.Then you will have the conscious awareness to change the negative attitude and allow that positive energy to shape your life as opposed to being influenced by the negative.
