我语法差的很,我想问:不是说最高级比较级修饰的,用只能用that吗?
同时非限制性定语从句,不能用that..
为什么不能用them?

很显然是定语从句
英语规定,一个句子里只能有1个动词
2个句子放在一起,必须有连接词.比如：and but while
你这个句子,是用“,”逗号,连接的,所以肯定是1个句子.不是2个句子.
既然是1个句子,只能是定语从句.
