see后面可以跟不定式和ING的，跟ING的时候是刚好看到那个片段，一个瞬间．
不定式是因为从后面的”过去二十年”我们可以看出这个see应该是看到了全过程的，而普通情况下只用原形就可以了，但是本句的前面用了被动”have been”，所以要还原to，写出完整的不定式．

同理还有make sb （to） do sth，平常可以写"She make me cry"省略to,但是有被动的话就要还原省略的to，如”I was made to cry by her"
