我们这个城市有点乱 满地的塑料袋 河 以前很干净 现在很脏很臭,应该怎样治理.

Protect our city is very important to ourself!If there is so much rubbish,the animals and plants will die soon.We will die soon too.We must action now
How can we do?Refuse classification is a good idea.It will less pollution and keep more clean.
Reuse is good too!Such as newspaper,giass and so on.Deal with harmfulwaste we can landfills.And waste water,waste oil,we must to deal with,too.If we keep on do these not only protect them but also protect us,let us do all we can do for the city!
