i am writing to complaining that i was knocked down by another customer when i was shopping in your supermarket.luckily i am not seriously injured ,but i feel so disappointed at your supermarket.the reason why i get hurt in the supermarket is that the light there is so dim and its hard for the customer to find the way ,also the floor is wet and slipy,its very dangerous to walk on such floor and people fall down easily.therefore i suggest that you should so something to change the bad condition in your market ,i would appreciate it of you can think of my opinior.
