摘 要：精彩的康乐项目不仅锻炼了人们的身心,也使人们充分享受了精神上的乐趣,因此,酒店康乐部也渐渐从原来装点门面的“装饰品”转变成为一个吸引客源为酒店盈利的重要部门.然而,虽然酒店康乐部门在日益发展,但一些地方还是仍有不足,在这方面的研究和探讨也相对薄弱.本文主要以杭州太虚湖假日酒店为例,就酒店的康乐现状进行分析,通过对其康乐部的康乐项目设置,康乐项目经营特色,康乐服务质量,康乐服务的营销,康乐设施维护等方面调查研究,对我国高星级酒店康乐部发展提出了建议.

Discussion and analysis regarding the recreation services of high class hotel in China: A sample study on Taixuhu Holiday Hotel
Abstract: Wonderful recreational facilities not only toughen people's mind and body, but also bring joy and amusements to them. Therefore, the hotel recreation department is gradually transformed from the original tokenism or decoration into an important department that helps bringing in more guests and profits for the hotel. Although the current recreation departments are growing at a fast pace, there are still plenty rooms for improvement. The researches and studies in the improvement aspect is still insufficient. This essay mainly focused on Taixuhu Holiday Hotel. The author analyzed the current condition of the hotel recreation services through investigating the location, attractive feature, service quality, sales efficiency as well as the maintenance of recreation facilities, and raised useful advices based on the investigations to better improve the recreation services of high class hotel in China.
