The Internet of Things has become one of the strategic high grounds of the first world's scientific and technical development, the development of the Internet of things to promote economic development and social progress has important practical significance. This paper is based on the perspective of the application of the Internet technology , through consulting a large number of document,make an analysis of current situation and the trend of nowaday's development of the cooperation between fujian and Taiwan,and combining the situation of application in it, studied the factors which affact the intelligent cooperation of the port logistics, in order to enhance the measures of the cooperation of the Internet of things technology between fujian and Taiwan in port logistics. In the Internet of things technology promotes the development of port logistics cooperation between fujian and Taiwan, promting the development of the cooperation between fujian and Taiwan is the important direction of port logistics and is also the important way to improve the competitiveness of the cooperation between fujian and Taiwan.
