中国的水系相比于美国则明显”不发达“,黄河就不用提了,长江自武汉以上河道基本只能走三千吨轮,更别提武汉到南京沿线十数座长江大桥对运力的制约.
二是美国的”漫长"的海岸线,其实海岸线的长短并不是最重要的（对于俄国人而言,北冰洋的海岸线都是浮云,有价值的就是圣彼得堡和海参崴）,关键是美国同时濒临太平洋和大西洋,这无疑意味着更广阔的市场.现在的中国,做梦也想从泰国或者巴基斯坦手上拿到印度洋的入海权呢~
