2/ Mission:
- Manage APZ operators by having efficient communication with operators
- Manage and improve QCDM indicators
- Deploy VALEO VPS standards and 5 Axes policy to support APU manager
3/ Main responsibilities :
Manage APZ operators:
- Deploy VALEO IP standards (5`, monthly meeting, annual interview, PA/PAR policy…)
- Develop APZ flexibility and multiskills to give autonomy to teams
- Make sure to apply and respect internal safety and HR rule
- Manage people timing : training, days off, absenteeism, conflict
- Assure a safe environment and react immediately if any safety risks are detected
- Communicate results to operators and focus on continuous improvement
- Communicate APU priorities and action plan
Manage and improve QCDM indicators :
- Fix clear targets and implement production organization to meet targets
- Daily / weekly / monthly follow up indicators on production line
- Optimize resources to achieve production plan (MPS respect)
- Validate resource plan every week
- Make sure to stop at first defect and apply QRQC methodology
- Define corrective actions to reach APZ targets and avoid quality claim
- Make sure operators respect WI and standard operations (rework is forbidden)
- React immediately if any non conformity on production lines
Deploy VALEO VPS standards and 5 Axes policy to support APU manager :
- Lead VPS work shop (SMED / kanban / TPM / pull flow to improve productivity
- Lead line QRQC to coach operators and team leaders
- Communicate on Division / plant priorities
- Train operators on 5 Axes policy
- Define training plan for operators to develop multiskills
- Take lead on VPS foundations on production line perimeter (5S, Just in Time, auto quality)
- Deploy action plan after audits (V5000 / Compass 1000 / customer audits…)
- Manage SAP movement on time (production declaration)
Others: Save nature resources, energy and paper & Obey the EHS laws and related requirements, implement the EHS regulations, procedures and work instructions.

Job Specification
Experience/Education/Qualifications requirements
Above 3 years of experience in similar position
Degree in engineering – experience in Automotive industry
Good oral, speaking and written English
Must be willing to work in a result basis, fast paced environment with minimal supervision
Good communication skill and logical thinking / Good knowledge of quality tools and VPS
Customer and results oriented
