it是指前面提到的那个事物,也就是“同质又同物”,

one指的是和前面提到的事实性质一样,但不是那一个,即“同质不同物”,
如 I bought a beautiful camera on the Internet,it cost me 2000 yuan.You can also buy one.其中,one=a +可数名词单数,这里的 one可以替换成 a camera ,如果前面是复数,用ones.
that用在同级比较和比较级比较里面,
如 The price of the house in Nanchang is higher than that in Fuzhou.
比较级你一定很熟悉,同级比较有equal to,different from ,the same as ,similar to 等,
如果是复数就换成those.The colors in this picture is different from those in that picture.
现在来看下你这里的题,16题里有compared with和...比较,这明显是比较.that=the approach.你当时选了C应该是没搞清楚主语.
18题,你有什么寒假计划吗?是的,我打算去一个安静的地方,特别是一个适合放松的地方,这里的one=a place.
