在南极生活着许许多多的企鹅,它们都非常会唱歌,但有一只叫波波的企鹅却被大家叫成“怪胎”,因为它长得和其他企鹅不同,他的脚比其他企鹅大,唱起歌来特别的难听,但他只要一听到歌声就情不自禁地跳起了舞,但所有的企鹅都认为他在乱动,大家都不喜欢他,他感到非常孤独.
有一次在逃脱海豹的追击后波波遇到了比他身材矮小的帝企鹅,它们勇敢、乐观、爱帮助别人并且团结又很聪明,它们都很欣赏波波的舞蹈,在知道了波波的经历后它们决定帮助波波.于是波波回到了它的家,但还是遭到了大家的嘲笑.由于人类的不环保和大量的打鱼,企鹅们都快没有食物吃了,但大家都认为是因为波波才让它们没有了食物.
波波和它的伙伴们决定要找出鱼荒真正的原因,于是它们开始了艰难的旅程.在南极的顶端,他们看到了一只庞然大物,这是一只巨轮,它抛下大网就能拖走很多很多的鱼,波波为了去救这些鱼,也被一起拖走并关进了海洋馆.波波很思念它的爸爸妈妈和伙伴们,他忧郁地跳起了舞终于引来了很多人的注意,于是人们和波波一起来到了企鹅生活的地方,波波带动大家用快乐的舞蹈欢迎这些外星球的人们,所有的企鹅终于被波波的舞蹈感动一起跳了起来,连到南极考察的科学家和记者们都情不自禁地一起跳了起来,人们终于警觉到要保护生态环境保护动物,于是企鹅们又可以很快乐地生活了.
这个电影告诉我在任何时候都要坚持,永不放弃!要团结、自信、乐观地和大家相处,并且要永远快乐地生活!
