This course offers for the major in International Economics and Trade student, it focuses on the international trade theory, and its policies and procedures. The content includes: International division of labor theory, classic international theory, neo-classic international trade theory, contemporary international trade; the global market pricing, international trade and services, MNC, the policies for international trade, the tariff and non-tariff bloc; the international trade agreement and treaty, the regional economic zone and WTO and etc. From this course, the student can grasp such as: the international trade, and the theory behinds it, the understanding of the division of labor internationally, the global market pricing formation and its trend, to know the development in trade services, the relevance of policies, rules and regulations of trade, to familarize its rules and norms as well as to understand the pattern of the international trade. More importantly, it is to know more about the MNC strategiesm regional economics zone, WTO and the globaliztion of the world economy and other hot topics etc, so as to to analyze, and resolve trade issues and lay a good foundation of those who wants to pursue the career in this field.
