近年来，随着生活水平的提高和保健意识的增强，人们对食品的质量和新鲜度的要求越来越高，越来越多的人开始关注食品冷链物流。而冷链物流是指在生产、贮藏、运输、销售，直到最终消费前的各个环节中，将易腐、生鲜食品始终保持在规定的低温环境下，以最佳物流手段保证食品质量,减少食品损耗的一种物流体系。它所适用的食品范围包括,初级农产品：蔬菜、水果；肉、禽、蛋；水产品；花卉产品。加工食品：速冻食品；禽、肉、水产品等包装熟食；冰淇淋和奶制品；快餐原料等。河南省作为一个农业大省，无论是农副产品，还是速冻食品、冷饮业、连锁超市等低温食品相关产业发展都比较迅速，然而相应的冷链物流发展还比较滞后，未能提供高效可靠的冷链物流服务，食品冷链物流产业发展相对缓慢。基于此，本论文首先对冷链物流的概念、特点和适应范围进行了详细的说明，并对河南省食品冷链物流发展现状作了简要概括；然后对河南省食品冷链物流市场的现实状况进行了深入的分析和总结，并对河南省食品冷链物流产业发展中存在的问题进行了探讨，在此基础上，论文根据河南省食品冷链物流产业的硬件和软件等各方面条件，提出了相应的食品冷链物流产业发展的对策。

In recent years, with the improvement of living standards and awareness of health, the quality and freshness of the food is getting higher and higher, more and more people begin to pay attention to the food cold chain logistics. Cold chain logistics in the production, storage, transportation, sales, until all aspects of the final consumption of perishable, fresh food is always maintained at the required low temperature environment to ensure the quality of the food the best logistics means to reduce a logistics system for food loss. It applies to food range including primary agricultural products: vegetables, fruits; meat, poultry, eggs; aquatic; floral products. Processed foods: frozen food; poultry, meat, aquatic products and other packaging cooked; ice cream and dairy products; fast food and other raw materials. Henan Province, as a major agricultural province, both agricultural and sideline products, frozen food, cold drinks, supermarket chains and other low-temperature food-related industrial development relatively quickly, however, the cold chain logistics development still lags behind, unable to provide a reliable and efficient cold chain logistics services, food cold chain logistics industry development is relatively slow. Based on this, the paper first cold chain logistics concept, characteristics and adapt the scope to carry out a detailed description of the food cold chain logistics development in Henan Province, the status quo briefly summarized reality; then the food cold chain logistics market in Henan Province conducted in-depth analysis and summary, and the existing problems in the food cold chain logistics industry development in Henan Province, on this basis, the paper according to the food cold chain logistics industry in Henan Province, the hardware and software aspects of the conditions put forward the food cold chain logistics industry development countermeasures.
